After resting at home with my legs on the table, I stood up to get water. It suddenly stabbed me: cramps. It was excruciating! I must have cursed like hell.

Does this happen to anyone here or am I a mutant (not the cursing- just the cramps)?

Even during my salad days, I found myself cramping at home while resting. I found that it suddenly sneaks in when I move a certain ...

I called Dan's Bike Shop just now and inquired about their labor cost on my Fox fork. From 600php, it's now 750php. Yun rear shock, KUNG Fox, ganun din. Ok lang...

Eto kicker: For my Maestro, which obviously isn't Fox, they will charge double: a whopping 1500php.

Wala na din si Armand.

Hindi na lang. 4k lang ang bagong Maestro rear shock ng Giant sa LifeCycle. Bibili na lang ako ng bago.

With regard to the fork, there's a section here that could help me with that.
