brought my RS rear shock for servicing wednesday last week (10/07)....
Julie texted me yesterday (10/11) that it's ready for pick-up...
went today (10/12) to get it... got a surprise...
fyi mmforonda, foc = free of charge

Yung REV 426 ko na fork, when I brought it there was not FOC but I only waited for it with coffee pa. Parang libre na rin 
..pero FOX pa rin ako...

had my amclass serviced - free pa din
had my bikebuilt - free pa din
had my cranks serviced - free pa din

hmm, bakit free? i assume dun mo rin binili?
dun ko rin pina-service yung Pike ko before ko binenta, took about a week though dahil dami daw nakapila. Ako hindi FOC . . . siguro kasi dahil pinalitan yung langis, u-turn knob at seals
sana yung bago kong nabili ng Revelation libre din pag dinala ko dun.

Sa akin pina service ko yun nabili kong rs tora, changed oil and valve ang bayad lang Php400.
Mababait ang tao dun lalo na si julie. Kaso pag may roadie nag papa service mag aantay ang mga mountaineer... ang tagaaaaalll.

you can also bring the forks to ruben at ROX. siya din naman magseservice kung may problema talaga yung fork. ruben is also more of the mtb trained sram guy. dante is more on the road side.

tried to contact Ruben din dati pero medyo hesitant na sya mag tanggap ng fork sa ROX. Bibitbitin din naman daw nya kasi at mag-co-commute pa sya para dalhin sa warehouse. Better iwan siguro sa Lifecycle tapos sabihan na lang si Ruben.
